We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals fluent in Arabic to join our serving staff team. As an integral part of our restaurant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to communicate fluently in Arabic will be essential in catering to our diverse clientele and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival.
- Assist guests in navigating the menu, making recommendations, and answering any questions about the dishes.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring that orders are delivered to the correct table.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety standards.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Arabic is a must, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
