We are looking for female secretary is an administrative professional who plays an integral role in business and other organizational environments.

The secretary is typically the individual who maintain and organize office tasks, implement procedures and carry out additional administrative duties, depending on the nature of their employment.

**Your Tasks**:

- Working in a receptionist capacity to greet clients, customers and visitors.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Organizing documents and paperwork and maintaining a filing system.
- Assisting supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks.
- Able to handle pressure and additional tasks.
- Must have sales and marketing experience.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Organizing and distributing messages.
- Maintaining company schedules.
- Organizing documents and files.
- Greeting business clients and guests.
- Documenting financial information.
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
- Scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Assisting executives with project tasks.
- Supervising staff and new employees.
- Implementing administrative procedures.
- Have to play key role in marketing the products.
- Managing the company's online profile and social media platforms.
- Publish recruitment advertisements according to company policy.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
