**Head of Marketing**

Drone Champions League, DCL for short, is an innovative and international drone world championship with professional racing teams. Since 2016, virtual and physical events have been held at historical locations around the world, where the best drone pilots compete for the world championship. To be able to better establish ourselves as an eSports brand on the market, we are looking for you as Head of Marketing

Working time: full time

Location: Dubai

**Your tasks**
- Further development of a brand strategy for DCL
- Implementation in the areas of marketing and organization of digital drone races
- Expansion of the DCL gaming community
- Creation of international and national sponsorship concepts and support of sponsors and leads
- Monitoring and operational implementation of the marketing of the services
- Monitoring and updating of web and social media appearances
- Specification, agreement, and control of specific key figures
- Cooperation with partners and streaming service providers
- Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Preparation and negotiation of offers for various services

**Your profile**
- Completed education with a focus on business administration and/or marketing
- Competence in the marketing of digital and online services
- Interest or expertise in gaming
- Experience in project or team management with specification and review of goals
- Hands-on mentality and the desire to work operationally on projects
- English Native or Level C2
- Start-up spirit and connection to event management an advantage
