Administrative Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant includes providing support to our Managing Director, Directors and Employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Answer and direct phone calls, maintain contact list
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plans and organize meetings
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Book courier, hotel, restaurant and arrange travel arrangements
- Covers the reception desk when required
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures, develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient, resolve administrative problems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, a team player
- With experience in a Construction company
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- College degree preferred
