**Public Relations Officer (PRO)**

About the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company in all public relations activities.
- Acts as a liaison between the company and government authorities of the state.
- Provides strong support to HR Department in administering necessary paperwork for processing employment requirements.
- Manages and ensures that the company licenses such as Trade License, Establishment Cards and all related permits are up to date.
- Fosters a professional relationship with government authorities in the embassies, consulates and courts.
- Establishes an effective tracking system for the renewal of legal documents such as licenses, permits, residence visas, Labor contracts and cards.
- Have accurate and up-to-date information and knowledge related to PRO functions.
- Ensures proper coordination in administering all necessary legal document processes with the concerned department.
- Have an absolute system to keep a record of all legal documents of the company and employees.
- Adheres to the company standard and policies.

**Requirements**:

- More than 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Effective English Communication Skills
- Vast knowledge of the Labor Law, Visa Application and UAE Legal Document Processes
- Holds a valid UAE Driver’s License with own car
- Available to join immediately
