About Us:
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our dedicated team.

**Job Description**:
The Human Resources Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the HR functions in our organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain up-to-date records of all employees, ensuring all documentation is compliant with legal requirements.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.

Handle employee relations, address inquiries, and resolve any workplace issues to ensure a harmonious working environment.

Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.

Organize and manage employee training and development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resource: 3 years (preferred)
