i English Languages Institute is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-time Korean Language Teacher to join our team. As a language institute committed to providing high-quality language education, we are dedicated to fostering an engaging and effective learning environment for our students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Korean language classes for students of various proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the institute's curriculum objectives and cater to the diverse needs of learners.
- Create a supportive and interactive classroom atmosphere conducive to language acquisition.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to enhance students' language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Monitor and track attendance, participation, and academic performance of students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate curriculum delivery and ensure consistency across classes.
- Stay updated on advancements in language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative approaches into teaching practices.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding course objectives, expectations, and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of curriculum materials, student assessments, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Korean language, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English languages.
- Previous experience teaching Korean language to non-native speakers preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with language teaching technologies and resources is a plus.
- Teaching certification or relevant training is advantageous.
