Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Assessment and Care Planning**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and assist in creating personalized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, and document changes accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure patients receive optimal care.
- **Direct Patient Care**:

- Provide nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, and personal care assistance.
- Support with daily living activities and ensure patient safety in the home.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records following DHA regulations and company policies.
- Report any adverse events or health concerns to physicians and update patient care plans accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and infection control protocols.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Inventory and Resource Management**:

- Maintain and update medical supplies and equipment needed for home care.
- Report inventory needs to the healthcare coordinator or supervisor.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- **License**: Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Registered Nurse license.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong patient care skills, communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple patient cases.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
