**COMPANY LAWYER**:*KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

- Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive strategies for risk mitigation.
- Protection of Intellectual Property: Guide business owners in protecting their IP, thus safeguarding their valuable assets like; Trademark, Branding and promotion material, Industrial property. providing the necessary inputs.
- Dispute Resolution: Participate in dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration, or litigation when necessary.
- Collaborate with external counsel as required.
- Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions and acquisitions.
- Provide guidance and advice on legal policy and legislative issues.
- Identify, resolve, and consult on a wide range of employment, sales, leasing, compliance, litigation, contracts and other legal or operational issues while focusing on company needs and priorities.
- Support with necessary documents and write-ups, legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
- Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
- Examine the legal issues related to services.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
- Reviewing legal materials.
- Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
- Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
- Maintain corporate records and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
- Maintain reports and updates on contracts and legal cases.
- Attend meetings, including but not limited to expert meetings and arbitration.

**JOB ROLE REQUIREMENT**:
Ø Must be a bachelor’s degree holder in law and prior work experience from a law firm.

Ø Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience with a strong background in corporate law, intellectual property, labour law as a corporate lawyer preferably within the UAE establishment.

Ø Preferred Arabic knowledge but not limited, well-versed in English communication both verbal and written.

Ø In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate laws and regulations.

Ø Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay**:AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00**per month
