The Painter cum Polisher is responsible for preparing, painting, varnishing, and polishing surfaces such as wood, metal, and walls. This role ensures a smooth, high-quality finish in line with project specifications and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming before painting or polishing.
- Mix and match paint or polish to required color and texture.
- Perform polishing on wooden furniture, doors, panels, and other surfaces.
- Inspect completed work for quality and finish standards.
- Repair or touch up painted or polished surfaces as required.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of paints, thinners, and polishing materials.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and proper use of protective equipment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a painter, polisher, or in a similar role.
- Ability to mix and match colors accurately.
- Familiarity with different types of paints, varnishes, and finishing materials.
- Attention to detail and good craftsmanship skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle painting and polishing tools/equipment.

**Work Environment**:

- Construction sites, workshops, commercial buildings, and residential projects.
- May require working at heights, in confined spaces, or during off-hours for project completion.
