**Job Title: Market Analyst - Real Estate**

**Department: Marketing & Events**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Market Research**:

- Conduct in-depth research on real estate trends, property values, and market dynamics.
- Collect data on housing market conditions, land development, commercial real estate, and rental markets.
- Analyze local, regional, and national market trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

**2. Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze data from various sources such as market reports, public records, and economic indicators.
- Develop reports, presentations, and charts that clearly communicate market insights and projections.
- Provide regular market updates and forecasts to senior management, investors, and stakeholders.

**3. Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor competitors and assess their market positioning.
- Study their strategies and market presence to help inform business decisions.

**4. Economic Trend Analysis**:

- Monitor and interpret economic conditions that may impact the real estate market, such as interest rates, inflation, and demographic shifts.
- Analyze government policies and regulations to forecast market behavior and anticipate industry changes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) for real estate mapping and analysis.
- Familiarity with real estate valuation techniques, including appraisals and market comps.
- Knowledge of property management and real estate investment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Market Analyst, Research Analyst, or similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and economic indicators.
- Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and market research platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
