We are seeking a skilled and motivated **F&B SUPERVISOR** to join our team and contribute to our guests’ unforgettable dining experiences.

**FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CAPE TOWN IN SEPTEMBER.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire a team of service staff, setting the highest standards for professionalism, attentiveness, and teamwork.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service standards, ensuring consistent quality across all F&B outlets.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure efficient flow of food orders and timely delivery to guests.
- Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, resolving any issues to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the menu offerings and assist guests with recommendations and dietary preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to ensure availability of required supplies and ingredients.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for delivering impeccable customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu presentation, and wine service.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
