We are hiring an experienced **Foreman** to supervise site works and ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE as a foreman (construction/fit-out/etc.)
- Strong knowledge of site work & team coordination
- Ability to read drawings and manage tasks
- Good leadership & communication skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site activities and ensure all work is executed according to plans, specs, and safety regulations
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and project schedules
- Monitor labor performance, site productivity, and subcontractors
- Enforce health and safety policies, conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
- Report daily progress and issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed
- Support and guide site workers as required
