**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and collection efforts.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support financial planning.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- **Audit Support**: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and provide financial guidance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar), advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), financial regulations, and best practices.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement solutions effectively.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: CPA or other relevant certification is a plus.
- **Industry Experience**: Experience in [specific industry, if relevant] is advantageous.
