• Assume la responsabilité du résultat financier des projets [sans pouvoir être tenu responsable des coûts associés à l'évolution des coûts de fabrication ou des taux de change].
• Participe aux passations entre les vendeurs et les installateurs et valide les conditions des commandes des clients avec les vendeurs.
• Prépare le calendrier général d'installation et planifie les ressources.
• Planifie et organise la livraison et le stockage des matériaux et des outils sur les chantiers et transmet les commandes aux sous-traitants et aux fabricants de matériaux extérieurs.
• Prépare les sites d'intervention et suit l'avancement des travaux de préparation.
• Veille à l'utilisation des méthodes d'installation recommandées par KONE tout au long des travaux d'installation.
• S'assure que les coûts sont maîtrisés, conformément aux plans d'action, lors de la budgétisation, et pré-calcule le niveau CM2% nécessaire à la concrétisation des objectifs de R80.
• Est responsable des activités administratives du projet, y compris de la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines (absences, vérification/approbation des feuilles de temps) et des comptes-rendus d'avancement des projets (calendriers, heures d'installation, feuilles de temps des installateurs, budgets et risques), à transmettre à ses supérieurs.
• Assure le maintien à jour de la documentation des projets.
• Met à jour les données des systèmes de gestion de l'entreprise (par ex. étapes du S-Plan).
• Collabore avec le service de gestion/contrôle des créances pour s'assurer que les activités du site sont planifiées et exécutées conformément aux conditions contractuelles de paiement et en tenant compte des paiements reçus.
• Assure le test final des équipements et leur passation au service d'entretien.
Gestion de la relation client et sous-traitant :
• Veille à l'entière satisfaction des clients et à la qualité des installations.
• S'assure de la qualité des prestations des sous-traitants et de leur respect des exigences de sécurité applicables.
• Constitue l'unique intermédiaire avec les clients lors des installations pour toute question relative à la gestion du chantier, et assure la communication interne et externe durant le déroulement des projets.
• S'efforce de concrétiser les objectifs de vente et de vente additionnelle fixés durant les projets d'installation.
• Noue et entretient des relations cordiales et professionnelles avec les sous-traitants.
Encadrement/gestion du personnel :
• Est responsable du perfectionnement des compétences et du bien-être des membres de son équipe, ainsi que de la gestion de leur performance individuelle et collective.
• Fixe les objectifs de l'équipe d'installation, planifie et organise ses activités, lui transmet toute information utile, contrôle son travail et la motive.
• Identifie les besoins de formation sur le terrain et gère les projets de formation.
