Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Controller to oversee project cost management across our luxury and high‑rise developments, ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency and strategic control throughout all phases of construction. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement and manage cost control systems, processes and reporting structures for multiple large‑scale projects. - Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts to ensure alignment with approved financial targets. - Track and analyze cost deviations and provide early warnings and corrective action plans to project leadership. - Coordinate with estimation, procurement, planning and site teams to validate cost‑to‑complete and maintain accurate cost reporting. - Review and verify variation orders, claims, invoices and payment certificates to ensure compliance with contracts and budgets. - Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts and financial dashboards for management review. - Support tender reviews, value engineering exercises and contract negotiations from a cost control perspective. - Maintain an up‑to‑date project cost database and ensure full auditability of all cost‑related documentation. Qualifications & Experience - 10–12+ years of experience in cost control within high‑rise, mixed‑use or large‑scale construction projects. - Strong understanding of cost management principles, project accounting, forecasting and financial controls. - Hands‑on experience with cost control software/systems such as CCS Candy, ERP platforms or equivalent tools. - Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate variations, claims and contractual cost impacts. - Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced project environments. - Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
