Relationship Building & Networking:
1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
2. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Palazzo Versace Dubai as a premier event destination.
3. Leverage the Versace brand to attract high-profile clientele, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event sales, event planning, or a similar role within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing business.
Skills:
1. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
2. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
4. High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Technical Skills:
