About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our Microsoft Dynamics practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) solutions across multiple client projects — ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting. - Conduct functional requirement workshops, prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Fit-Gap Analysis. - Configure and customize D365 Finance modules according to client business needs. - Work closely with technical consultants to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. - Provide UAT support, end-user training, and post-go-live support. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful and timely project delivery. - Stay updated with Microsoft releases, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365 Finance. Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. - Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance (AX / D365 F&O). - Strong functional knowledge in financial processes, reporting, and data migration. - Experience preparing documentation — BRDs, FRDs, and test scripts. - Excellent communication, client-handling, and presentation skills. - Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Finance (preferred but not mandatory). Nice to Have - Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, or Azure integrations. - Experience with localizations (especially GCC/UAE VAT and reporting). - Knowledge of Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory, Project Accounting) is an advantage.
