The position coordinates commercial requirements with supply activities, monitors shortages and ordering disruptions, supports range administration, and helps sales teams respond effectively to availability issues. The role also contributes to team development by sharing knowledge, understanding individual capabilities, and supporting appropriate training plans. What You Will DoGoods Availability and SupplySupport customer commitments by maintaining goods availability and minimizing non-central shortages. Monitor central shortages and communicate availability issues to commercial teams so customer impact can be reduced. Follow automatic ordering processes and take action when ordering disruptions affect product availability. Address supply deviations with relevant teams and follow up on supplier or transport performance issues. Work toward strong service levels throughout the year by reducing non-central shortages and supporting active sales steering. Secure goods availability while maintaining a strong focus on cost efficiency. Range and Replenishment ManagementSupport sales teams with range management in accordance with country range decisions. Ensure timely administration of the agreed range within store systems. Highlight differences between the range frame, store range classification, country range agreement, and actual store range. Assist the In-store Logistics Manager with store range administration. Update relevant parameters for article replenishment and sales. Follow up on the agreed store range to confirm that required items are stocked and offered. Identify areas requiring corrective action when range implementation deviates from agreed plans. Forecasting and Commercial SupportProvide the sales team with forecast alignment for strategic articles and highlight discrepancies between central, country, and store forecasts. Work with sales colleagues on commercial approaches for key articles and discontinued products while supporting agreed sales objectives. Operational ImprovementIdentify opportunities to reduce costs through more efficient tools, processes, and procedures. Plan, implement, and monitor actions against agreed schedules and deadlines. Support collaboration between sales, supply, logistics, and other store teams. Assist colleagues and share operational knowledge across the store. Contribute to an IKEA working environment that values diversity among customers and co-workers.
