Job Title: Instrument Fitter for one of our clients in the Oil & Gas industry

Responsibilities:

1. Involve in day-to-day routine such as PM, corrective maintenance, and modifications to meet technical specifications and safety standards.
2. LT panel assembling.
3. Quality inspection of panels and different process instruments.
4. Cable laying, glanding, ferruling, termination, and loop checking of signal and control cables in field junction boxes and DCS system.
5. Satellite tuning and responsive checking of sensors.
6. Calibration of pressure, level, temperature, and flow transmitters.
7. Control valve tests (Hydro tests, seat leakage, body mount leakage).
8. Checking of insulation (IR) valves and temperature measuring instruments (Thermocouples, RTDs, temperature gauges, and switches).
9. Maintenance and repair of process instrumentation and control equipment.
10. Maintenance of calibration certificates.
11. Keeping and evaluating maintenance records to execute preventative maintenance schedule.
12. Installation of panels, all types of transmitters, control valves, pressure gauges, and all types of instrumentation work, construction, commissioning, and maintenance.
13. Shutdown maintenance of field instruments.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecommunication).
2. 8 years of experience in an industrial environment (Hydrocarbon or continuous process industry).
3. Skilled in the use of industrial tools, equipment, and knowledge of their safety requirements.
4. Experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in GCC.

Salary: 5700 AED + food and accommodation
