We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated and eager to learn.
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the staff, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with day-to-day office operations such as filing and data entry
2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
3. Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
4. Maintain inventory of office supplies
5. Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
3. Ability to multitask and take initiative
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1000 AED per month (We are ready to consider a foreigner.) No experience required.
