As part of the Onboarding Team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to transform spaces into inviting, marketable, and guest-ready homes. Your creativity, attention to detail, and client-focused approach will be pivotal in driving the successful onboarding of properties and contributing to GuestReady's revenue goals. Additionally, you will step into the role of an Onboarding Specialist during peak workload periods to ensure that each holiday home is fully prepared and ready to go live on the booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate within the Onboarding Team:

- Work hand-in-hand with the Onboarding Team to maximize the number of successfully onboarded properties.
- Contribute to the overall revenue by enhancing the appeal and value of each property.

- Client Engagement:

- Convince property owners to utilize GuestReady's Furnishing services for styling and outfitting their homes.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates throughout the onboarding and furnishing process.
- Offer styling recommendations and consultation aligned with clients' expectations while promoting the benefits of GuestReady's furnishing packages.

- Design and Styling:

- Develop bespoke mood boards for properties that align with GuestReady's brand and target guest preferences.
- Endorse and customize the company's furnishing packages and themes to suit individual properties.
- Ensure every property is styled to maximize its marketability, ensuring comfort and aesthetic appeal for guests.

- Project Management:

- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of furnishing and styling projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the on-site maintenance team to manage furniture deliveries, installations, and setups.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure the final setup meets GuestReady's quality standards and aligns with the design concept.

- Onboarding Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full onboarding process, ensuring that every holiday home is fully equipped, furnished, and guest-ready.
- Coordinate property inspections to verify that all requirements are met before the property goes live.
- Ensure all household essentials, amenities, and inventory checklists are completed to GuestReady standards.
- Manage key handovers and access solutions for guests, ensuring seamless check-in experiences.
- Handle the setup of smart locks, Wi-Fi configurations, and other essential home automation features.
- Liaise with professional cleaning services to maintain high hygiene standards before guest arrivals.

- Trend and Market Research:

- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and incorporate them into property styling to stay competitive.
- Understand guest preferences and market demands to refine design approaches and recommend furnishings that boost property appeal.

- Photography Preparation:

- Style properties specifically for photography to ensure the listing images reflect their full potential.
- Collaborate with the photographer(s) to highlight key design features and create captivating visuals.

- Problem-solving and Quality Assurance:

- Address and resolve styling or furnishing challenges promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Ensure every detail, from furniture placement to décor choices, is aligned with GuestReady's standards of excellence.
- Troubleshoot any last-minute property readiness issues to ensure a smooth transition to live listing status.

Requirements:

- A strong background in interior design, styling, property management, or a related field with up to 2 years of experience.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills for client-facing interactions.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with property styling for the short-term rental market is a plus.
- Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring properties meet all operational requirements before going live.
- A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
