Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support and manage the execution of high-rise building projects, ensuring that they meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution of high-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality requirements, and project timelines.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including contractor coordination, resource allocation, and workforce management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all milestones are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager to lead and coordinate on-site teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Assist in monitoring procurement, material inventory, and logistics to prevent shortages and delays.
- Assist in identifying potential project risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain regular project progress reports, tracking key milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve project issues effectively and in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; a Masters degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer on high-rise building projects in the UAE or GCC region.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, safety codes, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
