We are looking for an experienced BI Analytics Senior Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of business intelligence (BI) applications and analytical data warehouses . This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, solution architecture, dashboard development, and data analytics . The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to enhance BI applications and provide strategic insights through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for BI solutions.
- Build Power BI/Tableau dashboards with actionable insights for business users.
- Develop and maintain enterprise data warehouses (DWH) and analytics platforms.
- Use data analytics to explore trends and provide meaningful insights.
- Develop and execute ad-hoc SQL queries for real-time analysis.
- Design and implement proof-of-concept BI solutions.
- Provide technical and architectural solutions for BI systems and data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business engagement teams to define dashboards and reporting requirements.
- Oversee and administer Tableau/Power BI servers .
- Develop QA and UAT test cases , working together with QA engineers and business users.
- Train business users on BI applications and best practices.
- Troubleshoot BI system issues, identifying and implementing effective fixes.
- Monitor and maintain Power BI/Tableau servers for optimal performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
- 6+ years of experience developing visualization solutions using Power BI/Tableau .
- 4+ years of experience with Tableau/Power BI server administration, SQL development and Database design and analysis .
- Experience working in a data warehouse (DWH) environment .
- 3+ years of experience in Python, Databricks/Snowflake data modeling and scripting (will be a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in MS/Azure SQL development (will be a plus).
- Expertise in Power BI/Tableau for desktop and mobile reporting.
- Advanced SQL programming skills, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and GitHub .
- Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
- Experience in MS/Azure SQL Server and Snowflake administration and performance tracking .
- Expertise in customer profiling and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions .
