We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in marble and stone installation. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on marble cutting sites, ensuring quality installations, and managing the factory operations related to marble production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate marble cutting and installation operations on-site.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the installation process.
- Handle factory operations and ensure efficient production of marble products.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks of the installation team, ensuring work is completed within project timelines and budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the marble cutting or installation process.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records of work progress and quality assessments.
- Maintain health and safety standards across the site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Ensure all materials are handled and stored according to safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on marble cutting and installation best practices.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, issues, and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
