Beauty Advisor

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager/assistant store manager.
- Possess knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories.
- Demonstrate excellent make-up selling skills.
- Recommend and link customer-specific products.
- Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure brand representation at required standards with updated product knowledge and minimized stock loss.
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed to attract customers and as per standard layout norms.
- Maintain awareness and vigilance of security in the store without negligence.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping.
- Handle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter.
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
- Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Tally money in the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Process payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers correctly.
- Convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
- Be flexible to work extended hours during Sale/Festival periods.
- Record inventory inwards/outwards and maintain reports.
- Stay updated about various brands of the group for suggestive selling to customers.
