The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will possess a strong background in compensation management within the SAP SuccessFactors environment, with specific expertise in KSA localization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management solutions, with a focus on KSA localization. - Ensure compliance with KSA compensation regulations, labor laws, and industry best practices. - Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to develop and enhance compensation programs and strategies tailored to business needs. - Provide expert guidance on compensation planning, salary structures, bonus programs, and equity compensation. - Perform data analysis and reporting to support compensation decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation processes, system integration, and data management. - Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the compensation management system. - Stay updated with changes in KSA compensation regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance and competitiveness. Qualifications: - 9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management implementation and support. - Mandatory experience with KSA compensation practices and regulations. - Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, compensation regulations, and industry best practices. - Hands-on experience with compensation management configurations, integration with other SAP modules, and reporting. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Immediate availability to start. - SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
