Quantity Surveyor – Design Hub

Job purpose Manage quantity surveying cost estimation and commercial documentation to support design development procurement and project cost control

Key responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities BOQs quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Review drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps and variations
- Support tender pricing material cost analysis and subcontractor comparisons
- Prepare interim payment applications and assess variations
- Coordinate with design procurement commercial and project teams
- Maintain quantity records cost reports and commercial documentation Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5-8+ years of quantity surveying experience.
- Strong BOQ preparation, measurement, estimation and variation assessment skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and relevant quantity surveying software.
- UAE/GCC QS experience.
