Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Real Estate Videographer to be one of our first creative team members. As an early hire, you'll have the opportunity to help establish our visual style and contribute to our creative direction. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with technical expertise to create compelling video content that showcases Dubai's most prestigious properties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create stunning video content for high-end residential and commercial properties across Dubai
2. Develop our signature style for property video tours and marketing materials
3. Execute professional drone footage of properties and cityscapes (DCAA certification required)
4. Work directly with our founding team and real estate partners
5. Plan and manage video shoots independently
6. Edit raw footage into polished final products that meet luxury market standards
7. Create compelling property walk-through videos highlighting unique architectural features
8. Manage multiple projects while maintaining quick turnaround times
9. Maintain and handle professional video equipment
10. Build and organize our video content library
11. Stay current with latest videography trends and regional aesthetic preferences
Required Qualifications
1. 2+ years of professional videography experience
2. DCAA (Dubai Civil Aviation Authority) drone certification or willingness to obtain
3. Extensive knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
4. Experience with lighting techniques and professional audio recording
5. Proficiency with DSLR or professional-grade video cameras
6. UAE driving license or ability to obtain one
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills
8. Strong communication skills in English
9. Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred Qualifications
1. Previous experience in Dubai's real estate market
2. Understanding of UAE luxury market standards
3. Experience with 360-degree video and virtual tour creation
4. Knowledge of social media video optimization for regional platforms
