Job Responsibilities

1. To deal with telephone queries and convert new leads to admissions and perform related tasks as assigned.
2. Build a relationship of trust and respect with the students' job aspirants.
3. Coordinate webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration.
4. Provide effective counseling to clients about our courses.
5. Submit sales reports and bring improvements in business growth initiatives.
6. Support junior-level counselors with their targets.
7. Work with senior team members and management to identify and manage risks.
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for admissions.
9. Attend phone calls from students and their parents, assisting them to fulfill their information needs.
10. Collect all necessary documents from candidates, convert them to soft form, and keep all hard copies in records as per the office administrative system.
11. Maintain all relevant records in both soft and hard copy mode and make them available when needed.
12. Prepare all documents and forms for registration and university formalities.
