One of our clients is a growing UAE-based tax technology and transformation consultancy working across Tax, ERP, data, technology and e-invoicing in the GCC. We are looking for a curious and motivated Consultant Associate to join the team on a 3-month contract. What We’re Looking For Essential:
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0-1 year of experience.
- Academic exposure or coursework in Tax, ERP, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field, with an interest in developing practical knowledge in these areas.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Curious, adaptable and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in an in-person, fast-paced consulting environment.
- Ability to bring fresh ideas and new perspectives.
- Willingness to learn and work with emerging technologies, including AI.
- Must already have a valid UAE visa/work authorization arrangement and be able to work in the UAE.
- Currently based in, or able to relocate/commute to, Dubai or Abu Dhabi for an on-site role. Nice to Have
- Previous exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
- Tax-related certification or additional training.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis or reporting tools.
- Exposure to AI tools and an interest in applying AI to research, analysis or business processes.
- A valid UAE driving licence.
- Previous internship, project or academic experience involving tax, ERP, finance, technology or consulting. What You’ll Gain
