About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, VC-backed digital asset infrastructure company headquartered in Dubai. The business enables banks, fintechs, payment providers, and enterprises to offer regulated digital asset solutions through their own platforms, including embedded crypto trading, OTC trading, stablecoin infrastructure, and cross-border payments. ResponsibilitiesOwn global revenue and commercial performanceDevelop and execute the company's commercial strategy and international expansionDefine customer segmentation, ICP, and pricing strategyBuild, recruit, and lead a high-performing international commercial teamLead strategic negotiations with banks, fintechs, and enterprise clientsPartner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure commercial feedback influences developmentRequirements10+ years of commercial leadership experienceStrong background in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, or digital assetsExperience leading international enterprise sales teamsProven success building and scaling commercial organisationsStrong understanding of API-based financial infrastructure and enterprise technology salesExperience selling complex B2B solutions to financial institutionsKnowledge of regulated financial services environmentsExperience across multiple international markets
