As a trusted Microsoft and Databricks Partner, we help enterprise organisations transform how they use data to drive insight, innovation, and business value across cloud, data, and AI technologies.As we continue to expand our presence in the UAE and the wider Middle East, we are seeking an experienced Sales Solution Specialist (SSP) to drive growth in our Microsoft and Databricks Data & AI portfolio.As a Sales Solution Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, shaping, and closing opportunities across enterprise customers. You will lead the sales process end-to-end, working closely with customers, partners, and Kagool's technical and delivery teams to position Azure Data & AI solutions, alongside professional and managed services.This role requires a blend of strong sales execution, consultative selling capability, and a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure & Databricks data and AI technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business growth across the UAE and wider Middle East regionOwn the full sales lifecycle, from cold engagement and opportunity qualification through to negotiation and deal closureLead consultative sales engagements, understanding customer challenges and mapping them to Azure Data & AI solutionsSell a combination of:Microsoft Azure and Databricks Data & AI productsProfessional services (consulting, implementation, migration)Managed services and ongoing support offeringsBuild and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholdersCollaborate with Kagool's technical pre-sales, delivery teams, and Microsoft partner ecosystemDevelop and maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately forecasting and reporting on opportunitiesStay current with Microsoft Data & AI offerings, market trends, and competitive landscapeSkills & ExperienceEssential:5–10 years' experience in enterprise technology salesProven track record selling Microsoft Azure Data & AI solutions (e.g. Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric)Experience selling into large enterprise customersStrong capability in cold outreach, opportunity development, and consultative sellingExperience managing complex sales cycles, including commercial negotiation and deal closureAbility to sell both software solutions and services-based offeringsPreferred:Experience selling to SAP-centric customers or within SAP environmentsFamiliarity with data integration, analytics modernisation, and AI-driven transformation programmesExperience working within the Middle East enterprise marketWhat We're Looking ForA confident, credible sales professional who can engage at both technical and executive levelsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate business value, not just technologySelf‐motivated, results‐driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a growing regional marketCollaborative mindset, working closely with internal teams and partnersWhy Join KagoolWork with a specialist consultancy recognised for deep expertise in data and analyticsOpportunity to shape and grow Kagool's presence in the Middle EastAccess to leading Microsoft technologies and high-impact enterprise projectsli>Competitive compensation and commission structureSupportive, collaborative, and high-performance culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
