This role serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients using UKG payroll and workforce management solutions, ensuring accurate support and excellent customer experiences. You'll assist clients with payroll-related inquiries, research issues, provide effective solutions, and maintain strong client relationships. This position is ideal if you're organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for assigned clients using UKG Ready payroll and workforce management services. Identify payroll issues, research concerns, and provide accurate solutions while maintaining compliance. Support clients with payroll processes and workforce management requirements. Communicate with clients through professional emails and virtual meetings. Collaborate with remote team members to resolve client requests. Create payroll import templates using Microsoft Excel. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of client support activities. Requirements & QualificationsEducation &

Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); experience in payroll, customer service, account management, or HR-related support preferred. Technical Proficiency: Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management practices; strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll templates; experience with UKG products or other payroll and workforce management platforms is an advantage. Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving; ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; strong communication and client relationship management skills.
