Job Description
/ Role: The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Management, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2026–27 academic year.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in a range of Management courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning.
- Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials.
- Design innovative and practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment.
- Promote effective collaboration with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community.
- Inspire and motivate students to develop managerial competencies, leadership skills, and professional growth.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods, case studies, and real-world applications to enhance course delivery. Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of academic or industry experience in the field of management.
- Exceptional candidates with a Master’s and extensive, directly relevant professional experience will also be considered. Education
