The Role
Radiant Technologies is a bootstrapped, profitable software holding company. We own and operate a portfolio of consumer products and scale them through paid acquisition, organic distribution, and growth loops built into the product itself. This seat owns organic — SEO, community placement, and organic content — and it builds. Not "works with engineers." You use AI coding tools to ship the landing pages, blog systems, and internal automations that make organic compound, without waiting in an engineering queue.
We're explicit about the profile: a marketer who picked up AI-assisted engineering — not an engineer who intends to learn marketing later. That order matters to us. Junior Is Fine. Ownership Isn't Optional. We are not filtering on years. This is deliberately a seat where someone early in their career can take real ownership of a channel across a whole portfolio, and grow with it as the portfolio does. What we won't compromise on is that you own the outcome. Nobody will hand you a weekly brief.
What You'll Do
01 Own organic acquisition across the portfolio — SEO, community placement, organic content 02 Build with AI coding tools: landing pages, blog and content systems, growth automations 03 Wire the tooling — APIs, integrations, MCPs — that takes manual work out of the growth loop 04 Run external vendors and contractors — briefs, deadlines, and the quality bar 05 Write the copy. Most of what you ship is words, and they have to be good in English 06 Prioritise across a multi-product portfolio — decide what gets your week and what doesn't What We Screen For Three things. Not your CV, not your degree, not a keyword list. You can write clean, persuasive English that a native-speaking audience reads without friction. This is the hard filter. Project Management You're comfortable running external vendors and contractors — setting the brief, holding the deadline, rejecting weak work. Performance-Driven You reason about tradeoffs in terms of results, and you can defend a prioritisation call under questioning. How you think matters more to us here than what your résumé says. You'll Recognise Yourself If You've shipped a real page, site, or tool with an AI coding assistant — even though you don't call yourself an engineer Your instinct when something is manual and repeated is to automate it, not to schedule it You've moved a real organic number — traffic, signups, revenue — and can explain what actually caused it You'd rather own one channel across a whole portfolio than one product across every channel You Shouldn't Apply If You're an engineer who wants to write product code. This is a marketing seat that happens to build. You want to specialise narrowly in one tactic. The job is the whole organic surface. You need a defined brief every morning. Here you write the brief. Ready to build? If you're a marketer who ships, and you want a channel of your own across a real portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.
