Dear All, The IT Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of IT products and services, including hardware, software, licenses, AMC/AMS contracts, and IT services. Education Qualification and Experience - A university degree or equivalent - Minimum 12 years of experience in IT product & service procurements. - Having knowledge and relationships with key IT principal vendors, distributors, resellers and in the region. - Proven track record in managing complex IT procurement cycles, contracts, and vendor management in SAP and SAP processes for procurement optimization & consolidation. - Strong exposure to IT contracts and agreement drafting, including AMC/AMS and SLA-based contracts. - Knowledge and application of procurement frameworks such as Kraljic Matrix and Mendelow Matrix for vendor and stakeholder management. - Hands-on experience with SAP MM module. - Proven track record of managing complex IT procurement & vendor management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in P2P tools.
