Key Responsibilities
Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain an organized and clean checkout areaGreet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer serviceAnswer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and availabilityAssist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepanciesHandle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessaryEnsure all company policies and procedures are followed at all timesRequirementsMust be Pakistani or Malayalee nationalityFluency in English (additional languages are an asset)Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar roleAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailFlexible availability including weekendsWhat
