Job Description:

In this role, we're looking for somebody who is proficient in Performance Marketing.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a leadership role
3. Certification in Google AdWords or Facebook Blueprint
4. Experience with other performance marketing platforms like Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
5. Familiarity with SEO and conversion rate optimization best practices
6. Proficiency in tools like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive meaningful actions from large datasets
8. Excellent communication and project management skills
9. Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
