We are currently seeking a Livestock Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with extensive knowledge and experience in livestock management and care. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the care and well-being of all livestock on the farm, including cattle, sheep, goats, and poultry.
2. Create and implement feeding schedules and nutrition plans for all animals.
3. Monitor animal health and provide necessary treatments or medications when needed.
4. Maintain clean and organized living quarters for all livestock.
5. Train and supervise other farm workers in proper handling and care of animals.
6. Keep accurate records of animal inventory, health status, and breeding cycles.
7. Oversee breeding programs to ensure efficient production of offspring.
8. Participate in market research to stay informed about current industry trends and prices.

Requirements:

1. Must be a Malayalee with knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding livestock management.
2. Proven experience in managing large numbers of livestock, preferably on a farm or ranch setting.
3. In-depth understanding of animal nutrition, health, breeding, and behavior.
4. Ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate other workers effectively.
6. Excellent record keeping skills with attention to detail.
7. Must have own visa or valid work permit for Abu Dhabi.
