Freelance / Self-Employed Recruiters Wanted (Saudi Arabia) – Commission-Based Partnership (UmbrellaWe are seeking freelance / self-employed recruiters to partner with our recruitment business in Saudi Arabia and utilise our local infrastructure. Many companies in Saudi now require that recruitment services be delivered through a locally available / registered company. We enable you to meet this requirement without you carrying the high fixed costs of maintaining a local recruitment operation. This is a remote opportunity. We will consider candidates based anywhere, provided you have Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market experience. If you are keen to relocate to Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis, we can discuss visa sponsorship options. What we provideSaudi recruitment license coverageIn-country invoicing (locally issued documentation)Local administration and VAT handling (where applicable)Local office address / local presenceOngoing support to manage operational and compliance requirementsWe cover the high annual overheads required to maintain the businessWhat we need from youYou will manage business development and end-to-end recruitment delivery in Saudi Arabia. We provide the umbrella invoicing structure for services rendered through the Saudi setup. You operate as a freelance / self-employed recruiter (commission-based arrangement)Sectors of interest include: FinTechHealthcareBanking and FinanceEducationLife SciencesOil & GasCommercial modelYou will work with us on a commission / service fee basis. We handle the local invoicing and admin locally; you run the business development and end-to-end recruitment delivery in Saudi Arabia.
