Responsibilities
- Process alerts triggered for sports players in a timely and effective manner
- Segment users according to established procedures
- Process internal and external team requests
- Respond to requests from other departments via special communication channels
- Analyze past decisions to identify and fix mistakes
- Report anomalies regarding players, games, or bonus companies to management
- Develop new methods for detecting fraudulent users
- Manage Low and Medium user risk cases Requirements
- Risk management experience in the fintech niche is an advantage
- Ability to work shifts including evenings and nights
- Strong analytical mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent numerical and Excel skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- High level of communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
