We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Head Waitress to join our award-winning Daylife destination, Azure Beach Club. Located in the heart of Dubai within the bustling JBR area, Azure redefines the essence of seaside living, offering a captivating beach and poolside escape that seamlessly blends elegance with relaxation. As the Head Waitress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service team, providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Principal Accountabilities

1. Supervise and lead the waitstaff team, ensuring that all service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
3. Ensure that food and beverage orders are taken and served promptly and accurately.
4. Oversee and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, requests, and feedback in a timely manner.
5. Train, mentor, and motivate junior waitstaff to maintain the club's service standards.
6. Monitor the cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, ensuring they are kept to the highest standard.
7. Ensure staff adhere to safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
8. Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner, striving for effective resolutions.
9. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
10. Upsell menu items and promotions, contributing to the club's overall sales targets.

Ideal Candidate

1. Proven experience as a waitress, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
5. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and the ability to make recommendations.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
