- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of healthcare processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
- Manage the documentation and reporting of quality assurance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for any adverse incidents, implementing effective preventive measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's quality practices remain compliant.
- Assist in the preparation for accreditation and certification processes by maintaining comprehensive quality documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to analyze patient care data and enhance overall quality outcomes.
- Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Serve as a liaison between management and healthcare teams to drive a culture of continuous quality improvement. Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within a Hospital is must.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as ISO, JCI, or NCQA.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus for multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools to enhance quality reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in training and mentoring staff.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
