Creative Producer, Videographer, and Editor

Parkinson Performance Centre (PPC) coaches people with Parkinson's to live well now: stronger, sharper and more capable. Our members follow the Parkinson Power Protocol, a five-pillar program covering Athletic, Cognitive, Metabolic, Restorative and Emotional health. Most of our clients are in the US, and we run the business from Dubai. Our media has one mission: reach as many people as possible. Parkinson's is the fastest growing neurological disease in the world. Every video is a chance to change someone's health, and their whole family's. We lead with optimism, and we treat our members like athletes, not patients. The role: We're looking for a Dubai-based Creative Producer to own our content end to end: Ideation, Scripting, Shooting, Editing, Publishing. Script it with our founders, then shoot, edit, design and publish it. You'll work closely with our co-founder Gaia Forlani, who appears in our content, and report to both founders as Creative Directors. Our bar is Apple-level design (think Function Health, WHOOP, Hims & Hers) and MasterClass.com -level long-form. If your portfolio is mostly weddings, real estate or events, this isn't the right fit. What you'll deliver every month: Scripts for everything: 60 reel outlines, 5 long-form scripts and 14 carousel scripts, written with direction and approval from the founders 60 short-form reels, shot on our Sony FX3 and edited: 30 in the gym, 30 outside, captured in one well-planned shoot day Our weekly podcast (live or recorded in Riverside): edited, clipped and published 14 high-quality carousels, plus thumbnails for every long-form video and podcast episode Distribution: everything published to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube with correct, compliance-checked captions Editor direction: daily direction of our agency editors, who give you extra editing capacity (the more you edit yourself, the better) Ideas and reporting: New content ideas and a monthly performance report covering views, follows and email sign-ups by format What you must bring: Native-level English, spoken and written. Most of our audience is American, and you'll write our scripts, hooks and captions Scriptwriting: you turn a founder's idea into a tight outline that sounds like them . Compliance-minded copy: we coach, we don't give medical advice, and your captions never cross that line

Experience:
3+ years shooting and editing short-form and long-form video Sony FX3 fluent: You can use ours but we also like to know what gear you have. Design

carousels and thumbnails at Function Health / WHOOP level Visual teaching: turning whiteboard and iPad explanations into polished content Tools: Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma, Frame.io, a scheduler (Buffer or similar) and a clipping tool (Vizard or similar) AI-native: fluent in the latest AI tools for content and always hunting for better ones. If a tool makes you a better, faster producer, we sponsor it Talent direction: You'll be filming Gaia and she always needs to look her best. Planning discipline: you can run a 60-reel shoot day without losing a take
