Position: HR ExecutiveLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full TimeWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will support daily HR operations and play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. Support in drafting

s and posting job advertisements. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees. HR Operations & Administration: Maintain and update employee records (HRIS and personnel files).
Prepare HR-related documents like employment contracts, letters, and certificates. Handle employee visa processes, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes. Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID applications, and other visa-related requirements. Track visa and work permit expiry dates and ensure renewals are completed on time. Ensure accurate and timely processing of leave applications, attendance records, and other employee data. Assist with payroll input and monthly reporting. Employee Engagement & Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives and company events. Assist in addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits. Help in managing employee grievance processes and maintaining a positive work environment. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws. Coordinate and track mandatory employee certifications and training, including OHC, Basic Food Hygiene (BFH), Person in Charge (PIC), First Aid, and Fire Safety. Monitor certification expiry dates and coordinate renewals to ensure employees and venues remain compliant. Maintain accurate certification records and provide regular compliance updates. Assist in preparing reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics. Support in internal audits and HR documentation reviews. Qualifications &
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR functions and UAE labor law (or relevant local laws if outside UAE).
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Previous HR experience within the hospitality or F&B industry is required. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
