- Commercial Manager to lead post-contract commercial management for multiple residential villa and mid-rise UAE projects. The role requires expertise in FIDIC Red Book, cost reporting, cash flow management, variations, and contract advisory services. You will lead commercial teams, interface with senior client and contractor representatives, and drive robust commercial outcomes across the portfolio. MRICS is mandatory and UAE experience is essential.
