Role Description The Game Presenter is a full-time, on-site position based in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, the Game Presenter leads live games, explains rules clearly, and ensures that all participants understand the gameplay and procedures. The Game Presenter interacts with players in a professional and friendly manner, manages game flow, and reports any technical or operational issues to the supervisor. Daily tasks include setting up game equipment, maintaining a clean and organized gaming area, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage players clearly, confidently, and respectfully.
- Customer service experience, with the ability to handle questions, feedback, and difficult situations calmly.
- Basic numeracy, attention to detail, and comfort following game procedures and operational standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance, reliable time management, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in gaming, hospitality, entertainment, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
