Responsibilities

- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
- Manage the reservation system effectively, ensuring all bookings are organized.
- Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient dining service.
- Communicate menu options to guests and answer any questions they may have.
- Assist in seating guests and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit.

- Keep the restaurant organized and tidy, ensuring high levels of cleanliness.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Understanding of restaurant operations and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Flexibility to work in evenings and on weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent education level.
