18000–24000 AED/Month Gender: Any – Candidate Nationality: Any Role Context This role is responsible for leading the International Baccalaureate Career‑related Programme within a high‑performing secondary school, driving academic outcomes, strengthening student pathways, and maintaining compliance with global IB frameworks while supporting institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the IBCP framework across the secondary phase
- Oversee curriculum delivery, assessment standards, and programme compliance with IB requirements
- Guide students in academic counselling, subject selection, and career pathway planning
- Manage core programme elements including Reflective Project, Personal and Professional Skills, and Community Engagement
- Collaborate with faculty and leadership teams to maintain consistent programme quality
- Track student progress and introduce improvement strategies based on performance data
- Support teacher development through mentoring, coaching, and structured training initiatives
- Coordinate with external bodies and ensure readiness for inspections and accreditations
- Promote a culture of academic excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement Ideal Profile
- Strong experience working with IB programmes, ideally IBCP within secondary education
- Proven leadership background in post‑16 or secondary school environments
- Deep knowledge of IB curriculum frameworks, assessment methods, and compliance standards

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage academic initiatives
